SUNFLEX aluminium sliding doors
Slim-framed sliding doors for large glazed openings
SUNFLEX aluminium sliding doors combine large glass panels with narrow frames to maximise natural light and views. The range is designed for extensions, renovations, self-builds and new-build projects where expansive glazing is a key part of the architecture.
The current SUNFLEX sliding-door range includes the ultra-slim SVG20 and SVG30 systems alongside the higher-performance SF60 and SF80 systems, giving Cedar Views different options for projects with different design, exposure and performance requirements.
Depending on the system and configuration, SUNFLEX sliding doors can be specified for large openings, corner arrangements and pocket sliding applications, allowing the glazing design to respond to the architecture rather than forcing every project into the same configuration.
Cedar Views supplies and installs SUNFLEX sliding doors and can help compare the available systems, sightlines, track arrangements, glazing and performance requirements before a final specification is made.
Cedar Views supplies and installs SUNFLEX sliding doors, with selected systems available to view at our Chobham and Longacres showrooms. Our role is to help clients compare sightlines, track arrangements, glazing and performance requirements before the final system is specified.

02 · SVG20 & SVG30 sliding doors
Ultra-slim sliding doors, explained by SUNFLEX
The SVG20 and SVG30 are SUNFLEX’s ultra-slim aluminium sliding door systems, designed for projects where large areas of glass and minimal framing are a priority. The SVG20 offers an exceptionally slim 20mm sightline, while the SVG30 provides a slightly different balance of frame design, configuration and project suitability. In this SUNFLEX video, the key design features and differences between the SVG20 and SVG30 are explained, including sightlines, operation, configuration options and how each system can suit different types of glazing project. Cedar Views can help clients compare the two systems against the opening size, exposure, threshold detail and overall design brief before the final system is specified.

03 · Key benefits
Key benefits of SUNFLEX sliding doors
20mm or 30mm sightlines
Choose between the SVG20 with 20mm intermediate sightlines and the SVG30 with 30mm intermediate sightlines, both designed to maximise glass and minimise visual interruption.
Slim from every angle
Both SVG20 and SVG30 use a slender 59mm frame depth and do not rely on bulky external reinforcing profiles, helping the doors retain a slim appearance from different viewing angles.
Smooth stainless-steel running gear
Each system uses stainless-steel running components engineered for smooth operation, including large sliding panels designed for everyday use.
PAS 24 security
SVG20 and SVG30 are available with PAS 24:2022-certified security, subject to the correct glazing specification and configuration.
Tested weather performance
The SVG20 and SVG30 are independently tested for air permeability, water tightness and wind resistance. Actual performance depends on factors such as panel size and configuration, so the correct system should be specified for the project conditions.
Flexible configurations
The range can be configured with double or triple tracks, flush stacking, pocket sliding and moveable corner-post options, giving designers flexibility across a wide variety of openings.
